Last Day to Pay Dues On Time

Greetings members! Today, March 31st, is the last day to pay your 2022 assessments on time. Starting tomorrow, April 1, the dues will be considered late and will begin to accumulate late fees. Late fees will continue to accumulate until assessments are paid in full.

Dues are $194 per lot. You can pay online under the 'Payments & Registration' tab on our website, in person at the Sugar Valley Clubhouse, or over the phone by calling 913-795-2120. In person and phone payments will be accepted until 6pm when the clubhouse closes.
