COVID-19 Update

Due to the state of Kansas Executive order no 20-16 dated March 28, 2020 please read the following update on operations at our facilities.

CLUBHOUSES: Both the clubhouses at Sugar Valley and Hidden Valley will remain closed to the public. We will continue to offer curbside to go orders for beer and food.

BATHHOUSES: Our bathhouses will not be open for at least 30 days.

OFFICE: Our office will continue to be staffed from 8-4:30 Monday through Friday. We are not open for in person business but will be happy to answer questions over the phone and take payments as needed. We also have a website www.sugarvalleyhiddenvalleylakes.com that you can pay for services through as well. We encourage you to use this for payments whenever possible.

TANK PUMPS: Our pump truck will run as normal however payment will need to be made the day of pumping. You may pay online through our website, or via credit card over the phone. You may also leave a check for the driver. You will need to let us know where you are leaving the check and our driver will pick it up. There will be no in person payment at the clubhouses. Also, the driver may not accept cash. Call 913-795-2120 or 795-2093 to schedule a pump.

GOLF COURSE: The golf course is still open; however the ball washers have been removed. We must insist that everyone leaves the flag in the hole to putt. Also, as of Monday March 30th we are no longer allowed to rent golf carts. It will be only private carts or walking.

We must also ask that everyone adhere to the 6-foot social distancing requirement and not gather in groups larger than 10 people.
