COVID-19 Operations
Please read the following to find out how our clubhouses and office will be operating during this time of COVID-19 outbreak. We will start this at 1 p.m. Friday March 20 and continue until further notice.
Sugar Valley Our clubhouse and office are now closed to the public. We will sell to go orders with curbside delivery. You may also sit outside at our picnic tables and eat. To place an order please call 913-795-2093. If possible, please pay for your order via credit card when placing, but we will also accept check or cash. We will give you an approximate time and then when you arrive call and we will bring your order out. We may also sell single to go beers. Please give us a call for dinner and a beer to go. Remember the ladies will be happy to accept tips! Our snack bar hours at this time will be Monday through Thursday 8am - 5pm, Friday and Saturday 8am - 8pm, and Sunday 8am - 3pm. If these hours change, we will let you know. The office will be staffed, but there will be no in person visits. You may call us at 913-795-2120 to make payments or as always you may pay online through our website. You may also call 913-795-2120 to talk with the office staff including our manager Steve Spencer. If you feel like you need to meet in person you MUST call and talk with Steve and he will determine how best to accommodate you. The office will be staffed from 8am- 4:30pm Monday through Friday.
Pump Truck Our pump truck will run as normal however payment will need to be made the day of pumping. You may pay online through our website, or via credit card over the phone. You may also leave a check for the driver. You will need to let us know where you are leaving the check and our driver will pick it up. There will be no in person payment at the clubhouses. Also, the driver may not accept cash. Call 913-795-2120 or 795-2093 to schedule a pump.
Hidden Valley Hidden valley clubhouse will also be closed to the public. We will sell to go orders with curbside delivery. Also feel free to enjoy the picnic tables for eating. As always hidden valley may sell to go packs of beer. We may also sell singles to go at this time. To place a delivery please call 620-743-3781. Hidden Valley’s hours are Tuesday and Wednesday 4pm - 8pm and Friday and Saturday 4pm - 9pm. Remember tips are appreciated.
